Bennettsville Downtown Revitalization, Bennettsville, SC
After completing renovations of 4 buildings to apartment and retail spaces in 2004, the town of Bennettsville, SC commissioned us to complete 100 building facade renovations to their downtown.
We either restored or renovated each of the facades via historic photos or thru the knowledge of using colors from the time frame of each building. CDBG monies were used in this project and we adhered closely to the Dept. of Interior Standards as we made the changes.
