Shown here in before and after photos, this project was completed in 2003 and houses the city of Spartanburg s first Bed and Breakfast. Our work on this project included field measurements, working drawings and interior design. We were proud to be honored with the Heritage Tourism Award from the State of SC on our work with this project.
Each of the 6 rooms has a private bath and a carriage house was built in the back of the house as the home for the owners.
