We are proud of our vast amount of Historic Preservation Projects. About 90% of our workload consists of historic preservation.
Martin is recognized for his restoration work in South Carolina and is on the approved list of architectural consultants for the South Carolina Department of Archives and History.
We have completed color and signage guidelines for the City of Spartanburg and signage guidelines for the City of Anderson. We wrote design guidelines for the Beaumont and Pacolet Mill Village in 2008 and are currently completing design guidelines for the Town of Lexington, SC.
Since 1992, we have also written 15 National Register Nominations on properties in Spartanburg, Easley, Pacolet, Anderson, Mullins, Glendale and Enoree, SC. We have completed or consulted on 18 Historic Tax Credit Applications while assisting in the architectural design of those projects.
