As a graduate of Florida International University's School of Architecture, Cesar Alexander Nieto brings extensive experience in the production of all phases of Architectural projects. He is also a licensed General Contractor with years of experience building substantial projects for some of the largest Contracting firms in South Florida. In addition, his expertise in the planning and financial analysis of development projects makes him invaluable to our clients.

A graduate of Harvard University's Graduate School of Design with a Master's Degree in Architecture, Marcelo A. Moino has been practicing architecture since the early 80's. NCARB Certified and currently licensed in Florida, Connecticut & Texas, he has been responsible for multimillion dollar public and private sector projects. With his extensive experience Mr. Moino serves as Architectural Director where he is responsible for overall design direction, design management, contract negotiations and project administration.
Alfred is adept at applying knowledge of architectural principles and practices. Focused on coordinating project efforts with owner, engineering teams, consultants, and municipalities to deliver a project of quality and efficient design. With over 18 years of experience in design and management Alfred oversees many of the projects through each phase, from initial zoning feasibility analysis through design development and construction phases which provides continuity to each project and defines the firms philosophy. His portfolio includes retail developments, from individual retail stores to shopping malls, residential developments, from single family residences to large multi-family complexes, office buildings, educational facilities, hotel, and mixed-use developments.
Alfred received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University and a Graduate degree in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. Alfred is a Registered Architect and is NCARB Certified.
